**The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their Community and the wider world.**

In 2023, 1[st] Armagh Guides had over 20 girls who took part in a range of activities and events. These activities included earning badges linked to the new programme. 

There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes. 

There was no private benefit.
