All Girlguiding Ulster Charities are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws.
The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their Community and the wider world.

In 2020, 1st Armagh Guides mainly met via Zoom. The girls who took part in a range of online activities and events.
There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes.
There was no private benefit.

A review of the Charity’s financial position at the end of the year
In the year from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020, 1St Armagh Guides had income of £433.30 and payments out of £377.95. There was a bank balance brought forward of £1,132 resulting in a bank balance carried forward as at 31 December 2020 of £1,188.
