All Girlguiding Ulster Charities are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws.
The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their Community and the wider world.

A total of 20 girls were enrolled in the Rainbow Unit and a range of activities were completed – themed nights, badge nights, seasonal activities/parties, educational trips/outings, visiting speakers, etc. There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and there was no private benefit.

All Trustees are aware of this and have regard to this guidance.
A review of the Charity’s financial position at the end of the year
Rainbow Accounts – In July 2024, the amount carried over was £1,265.16. Receipts received amounted to a total of £3,622.16. Payments were made to the value of £2,468.92. Leaving a total of £1,153.24.
Details of any fund held by the Charity that was materially in deficit at the end of the year and steps taken by the Charity Trustees to eliminate the deficit
