September saw the unlt increase in numbers, with new members welcomed as they moved up
from the Guide section. A change from DofE camping was a weekend stay in Gosford Guide
House. Thoroughly enjoyed by all, the Friday to Sunday break saw various activities and games
while the girls has responsibility for the cooklng of all meals and cleaning of the house. This
weekend away enabled one of the leaders to gain her Holiday Licence, so hopefully more trips
like this will be on the agenda in the future. The Autumn term also saw us taking part in the local
Remembrance Day parades and supporting the local BB company at their enrolment parade and
ser4ice and the Brownie Carol Service in December.
