All Glrlguldlng Ulster Charlties are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws.
The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate 8lrls and young women to help them develop
emotionally• mentally. physically and splrltually so that they can make a positive contrlbutlon to
their Communlty and the wlder world.

A summary of the Charity's main activities to further its purposes for the publlc beneflt and the
main achievements in the year
This year we saw the return of weekly meetings and our numbers rose to 26 girls. We held a
summer camp at Benone for a weekend, attended by 12 girls. Every week we were able to follow
the usual Guiding activities, doing different challenges and learning new games. Girls were
encouraged to socialise more post-covid.
Leaders updated all their mandatory training ie. Safe Space, First Aid, Leadership Qualifications.
There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and there was no private benefit.

All charity Trustees are aware that they are legally obliged to have regard to this guidance.
