The meetings are free of charge and open to all. Meetings are held every week on Sunday morning and evening. There are also midweek meetings providing gatherings to carry out the stated activities of the Church. Additionally the Church organises gatherings for specific disadvantaged groups. The Church assists the work of individual Christians and Christian organisations, insofar as those work, whether in this country or abroad, accords with the church's aims. Financial Review
The Church is reliant upon the ongoing support, tithes and offerings of the members and friends of the Ebenezer Church of the Nazarene. Expenditure over Income for the year produced a deficit of £1,966 an improvement over the previous year’s deficit of £4,850 This reduction in deficit is partly due to the increased numbers attending Sunday Services and other mid-week activity being resumed. Covid. Hopefully this trend will continue.

Structure Governance and Management
Governing Document
The Charity is governed under a constitution. The Board of Trustees meets regularly, normally monthly, to consider the work and management of the Church, assess and plan the financial aspects as well as other aspects of the work and direction of the charity.
The risk management strategy of the church is in a continual process of formulation in response to the changing circumstances that could impact the work of the church.
The Board of Trustees, in considering this important task, take direction from on-going discussions with members both internally and through meetings with the Church of the Nazarene North District and other and other advisers, adopting appropriate policies as required or as they become necessary to the ongoing work of the church.

Appointment of Trustees
The Pastor of the Church is ex-officio chairperson of the Board of Charity Trustees. The remaining Trustees are elected annually by the members of Ebenezer Church of the Nazarene at the annual general meeting held in February each year.

Trustees are mentored in the various aspects of their duties as Trustees by their fellow Trustees on an individual basis and by the learning from, listening to and challenging one another on matters brought before meetings. There is a clear recognition that learning is an ongoing process of development leading to an enhancement of skills to increase their effectiveness.
