## Activities

**Purposes:** The Association is established for the advancement of education among people of Nigerian origin (hereinafter called the “beneficiaries”) in Northern Ireland (hereinafter called the “area of benefit”) and for the advancement of education among the general public in the area of benefit and in particular; to provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation of people of Nigerian origin, so that their conditions of life may be improved.  To promote good race relations and good citizenship between the beneficiaries and the general public in the area of benefit. To raise awareness of Nigerian cultural heritage for the benefit of the general public and the beneficiaries in the area of benefit. To advance any other exclusively charitable purpose as the Executive Council may, from time to time, decide in accordance with the law of charity.
