Public address 18 Ardvarney Road. Ederney, Co. Femianagh BT93 OFS Objectlves and Activities Objectives The 3 A'S ANAWIM ADONAI AFRICA objective shall be to fund raise for the poor in Africa. The purpose of the charity is to support the youth of the St. Mary's Catholic Miambani Mission, Kitu Diocese, Kenya by administering grants to provide relief to those in need. promote health and advance education The charity will support Fr Richard N'Guta or appointed successor to provide charitable need in the provision of food, paymenl of education fees, provision of vaccinations, sourcing and supply of water and the improvements and maintenance of communal areas and accommodation. Key Activities in this Year The 3 A'S ANAWIM ADONAI AFRICA fundraising activities were greatly hampered this year due to the ongoing pandemic of Covid-19. We managed to sell Easter chicks but relied heavily on donations from our supporters. We hope to host our normal fundraising activities for next year. The 3 A'S ANAWIM ADONAI AFRICA Trustees have considered Charity Commission for Northern Ireland's general guidance on public benefit when reviewing our objectives and in planning our future acttvrties to ensure that these achieve the association's purposes and provKle a benefit to beneficiaries.
Financial Review. The charity's sources of income this year was from fundraising activities and donations. Total monies received in donations amounted to £14.925. compared to £5,816 in 2020 and from fundraising activities £833 compared with £1,294 in 2020. Review of Business The 3 A'S ANAWIM ADONAI AFRICA is non-profft making with net income and resources in this year of £3.107 {£5.442 2020). The trustees continue to manage resour$ in an efficient and sustainable manner Reserves Policy The 3 A'S ANAWIM ADONAI AFRICA have a Reserves Policy, which requires that reserves are built or maintained at a level which ensures that the organisations core activities could continue during a period of unforeseen difficulty and that the organisations known liabilities will be paid should thè organisation c8ase lo trade. Future Plans The 3 A'S ANAWIM ADONAI AFRICA plan to continue to focus on controlling costs. while maintaining the high standards of serrfice to our beneficiaries. STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES, RESPONSIBILITIES for Ihe year ended 3110112021 The Trustees are responsible for preparing the financial statements in accordance wilh applicable law and regulations. The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy al any time the financial position of the Charily and to enable them to ensure that the financial slatements comply with all appropriate regulations. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assels of the charity and hence for iaking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities. *.'
