Apple Blossom Pre-school provides pre-jchool education for children. It serves the
parish of Crossgar and surrouDdiDg area& The children are provided with a high
quality, stimulating pre-school education. The pre-sehool employs 4 gtsff members who .
are fully qualified in childcAre And education.
The pre-jchool also offers A pre prfrgehool service within the setting two afternoons
week (Monday & Tuesday). This is a great benefit to children who then move into pre-
school the following September.
The pre-school is run be A management committee of local people including Pydst and
wesent parent
The pre-school receives money from the Education Authority for eaeh pre-school child.
This money is used to pay staff wages and all other associated expenses. AdditlODal
funds are received by graDts and fuDdraisiDg. We bave organised a number of
fundraising events throughout the year to Include:
Christmas Draw
Smartie Tubes
Easter Draw
Teddy Begrs Walk
