Apple Blossom Pre-school provides pre-school education for children. It serves the
parish of Crossgar and surrounding area& The children are provided with a high
quality, stim ulating pre-school education. The pre-school employs 4 stsff members who
are fully qualified in childcare and education.
The pre-sebool also offers A pre pre-scbool service within the Jetting two afternoons a
week (Monday & Tuesday). This is a great benefit to children who tben move into pr
school the following September.
The pre-school is run be Yd management committee of local people including past gnd
resent parent
The pre-school receives money from the Education Authority for each pre-school child.
This money is used to pay stsff Wydges and all other associated expenseL Additional
funds are received by grants and fundraising. We have organised a number of
fundraising events throughout the year to include:
Christmas Draw
Smartie Tubes
Easter Draw
Teddy Bears Walk
Fundraising is erueial to the pre-school and it also involves the children. Detsils of
