the Charitles Act {Northern Irelandl 2th)8. The charity considers that Under applicable baw, they are
entitled to adopt the receipts and payments basls for the year ended 31 July 2022, and that ￿ audlt
requirement applles, but there Is a requlrernent of Independent examination.

Basis of independent examlner's report
I have examined your charity account5 as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my
examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland under section 6519}Ib) of the Charities Act.
My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of
the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or
disclosure5 in the accounts, and 5eekin8 explanations from you as charity trustees concerning anv
