Financial review
In the year to 31 si December 2024, income lotalled £14,060 and expenscs, £16,060 resuliiiig in a net dcficit for the year
of £2,000.
At ihe year end the nel a.ssets of the Association were £789. The Association aims to retain a small Surplus each ye￿￿ to
ensure that any widei. charitable PULyoqe can be funded troin reserves.
Strui:lurey governance and management
The Association maintains a constitiitional document which was updated and approved by the meiiibers in 2017. It
describes the purpose (ind the public benefit objectives of the Association. The detail can all be found on The Ch(Irity
Commission of Northern Ireland's website.

These financial stacements are prepared in accordance with Thc Charities Stalement of Recommend Practise undei-

Income
Income repre.sents all income received from hall iental, fund raising activities dnd function income.
Expenditure
Expenditure is ordinarily recognised at the time of incurring the expense. Liabilities and the related expenditure are
also recognised in circiimstances in which the charity has a measurable present or legal obligation as a re8lllt of the
past event, and it is probable that a transfer of economic benefits will be required for settlemenl.
Tangible assets
The tangible assets of the charity compri%e of planl and cquiprnent which is dcpreciated al a I'alL calLulated to
reduce it to residual value at the end of its expected norn)al life on a straight-line basis at a l-ate of 20010 per annum.

I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examinatlOD was carried
