We share halls with the Guides so for the first half hour we have Rainbow Chat and play games before moving into a smaller room for craft and other activities that don't need much space. We took part in a Sponsored Walk in Lurgan Park and girls enjoyed being out in the open. Games played include Do this do that, Sleeping Hedgehogs, Duck, duck, goose and Dusty Bluebells. We made cards and gifts for Mothers Day, Bird Feeders and Paper Chains and girls completed 'Whatever the 'atherf challenge and Ladybird challenge. We also joined with the Brownie Unit for a Christmas Party. All in all girls have enjoyed their time in Rainbows this year. We will be sorry to lose 3 girls to Brownies in September and hope they enjoy the next part of the Guiding journey.
