I report on the account5 of the Trust for the year ended 31 December 2022. which are set out on pages 13 to 19.

As the charity trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the iequirements
of the Charilies Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
It is rny responsibility to:
examine the accounts under section 65 01 the Charities Act
follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by ihe Charity Commission tor Northern
Ireland under section 6519)(bl of the Charities Act
state whether particular matters have com8 to my attention.
Basls of oxamlner's statèment
I have examined youi charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and
my examination was carried out in accordance with th8 general Directions given by the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland under s8Ction 65{91{bl of the Charities Act. The examination
included a review of thè accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison ol the accounts
presènted with those records. It also included consideration ot any unusual items or disclosures
in the a¢counts, and seeking explanations from you as charity twstees conceming any such
matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to
believe..
That accounling recoids were not kèpt in a¢cordance with section 63 of the Chartties Act.
That the accounts do not accord wilh those accounting records
That the accounts do nol comply with the accounting requiremenls of the Charities Act.
That there is lurther information needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be
reached.
