The congregation owns the Churth. the Church Hall and other lands Situated at 21 Grove Road, Shankbrldge. Ballymena.
These have a combined Insurance value of £1,544,930. The Manse Is sltuated at 38 Grove Road, Kells. Ballymena and has
an Insurance value of £596,316. The church also owns 20 acres of familand attached to the manse and has a value of
£200.000.

BASIS OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
As the total income of the congrÈgation Is less than £250,(knl the congregatlon have eFected in accordance wlth the
provlslons In The Charities Accounts and Reports Regulatlons (Northern Ireland) 2015 to prepare its attounts on a ￿CeIptS
and payments basis.
FUND ACCOUNTING
Endowment funds are funds. the capital of whlch must be retained Èither permanently or at the congregatlon's discretlon,.
the Income derived from the endowmentls to be used elther as re5trlcted or unrestricted income funds depend5ng upon
the purpose for whlch the endowment was establlshed In the flist place.
Restricted funds comprlse {al Income from endowtnents whlch Is to be expended only on the restricted purposes Intended
by the donor and Ibl revenue donations or 8rants for a specltk congregational artivity intended by the donor. Where these
funds have unspent balances, Interest on their pooled irwestment Is apportloned to the Indlvldual funds on an avera8e
bas15.
