recomm8ndatlons where relevant in those financial statements.

Camlough Rovers Football Club has been in 8xislonc8 from 1980 and has been wholly an amateur football club, until
earty 2015 when11 was decld8d by the trustees to change the entity lo that of a Guarant88 Company with Charllable
Status. Therefore, the dub is a going concern and a new business plan is not required as th8 alms and objects of the
company and the day lo day running of the club are the same as they were pdor to Charit8bl8 Slalus. By the smooth
running of the football club we organise and operate various dub team8 from young ¢hlldr8n lo youths. With the
Involvement of quallfled voluntary coaches, who are also members of the club. we en¢ourage young peopl8 and youth
of the arga to join and partlclpate. By tho provislon of 8 3G pitch {playing surfa¢g1 alrea(ty In place together wllh the
existing full slze football fi¢ld, Club houso and pavilion, we seek lo improved health, rgduced levels of strass and
anxiety, enh8n¢e frfendshlps and bonding.
Our Charity is consclous of the need to safeguard and protect the publlc benefl¢larl¢s ol our purpose. Our coachos
hold IFA Coaching Qualifications. Volunte8rs 8r& trained in the u88 of a deflbrillator and trained In first aid. The
Charity has a qualif￿d Chlld Prolectlon Officer and a chlld protacllon poliGy is in placa.
