The Charity was formed in 27 March 2017. The Charity is governed by a ConstitLttion.
The Chartty is constituted as an unincorporated association.
The Charitable purposes of charity are advancement of the Christian faith, particularly
though not exclusively, through, worship of God, Making disciple of Jesus Christ and
expressing God's love to the world in word and action. And
Such other charitable purpose as shall. in the opinion of the members of the Church in

homeless and the poor in bad situations. This intludes helping individuals get spiritually
connected with God and making individuals feel welcome and wanted in this charity

The benefits of the purposes are demonstrated through opening up to anyone, being able
to show them the Sove they lack and helping them out by giving shelter and food. We help
them get close to God by teaching the to word of God. explaining to them how it works and
what is needed to be spiritually connected to God.
We make individuals feel welcome by being open to all cultures. cooking their food, playing

by the youths. This encourages them and makes them feel like they have a family. The
benefits flowing from our purposes are demonstrated through feedback from the
beneficiaries.
The trustees have reod the Commission's Public Benefit requirernent statutory guidance.
and have had regard to this when running the charity.

In the financial year ended 29 April 2019. The Charity had an income of £8,825 and an

There are no funds held by the charity that are matÉriBlly in deficit.
