Responsibilities and basis of report
As the trustee of the charitv you are responsible for the preparation of the Financial statements in
accordance with Ihe requirements of thc Charit1¢5 Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. ('the 2008 Act,). Yoii
are satisfied that your chdrity is not required by charity law to be audit¢d and have chosen instead to
hav¢ an independent examination.
I report in r¢S￿ct of my examination of the charity's financial statements &s catried out under
section 65 of the 2008Act. In carrying out my exarnination I have followed the general Directions
given to by Charity Commission for Northem Ireland under section 65 (9Xb) of th¢ 2008Act.

connection with my examination giiving me cause to believe that in any material icspect:
accounting records were not kept as required by with section 63 of the 2008 Act; or

4. the fmancial statements do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning th¢ fonn
