Responsibilities and basis of report
As the tNstee of the charity you arc responsible for thc prcparation of the Financial statements in
accordance with the requirements of the Charitics Act (Northcrn Ir¢land) 2008. ('the 2008 Act,). You
arc satistied that your charity is not required by charity law to be audited and have chosen instead to
have an independent examination.
I report in rcspect of my examination of the charity's financial ststcrncnts as Ca￿led out under
section 65 of the 2008Act. In carrying out my examination I have followed the general Directions
given to by ch￿lty Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65 (9)(b) of the 2008Act.
Independent examiner's statements
I have completed my examination . I confirni that no matters have come to my attention in
connection with my examination giving me cause to klieve that in any material respect:
accounting T¢CQTds were not kept as required by with section 63 of the 2008 Act. OT
2. the financial statemffijts do not accord with tbose re¢ords' or
3. the financiaj statements do not comply with the accounting r¢quir¢ of the 2008 Act; or
4. the fmancial statements do not comply with the applicable requircments concerning the fonn
and contcnt of accounts set out in thc Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008

consid¢r¢d as part of an indcpendent examination.
