Independent Examiners Report
I report on the accounts of Cookstown Refornied Presbyterfan Society for the year
ended 31st December 2020, which are set out on pages I to 3.
Respectlve responsibilltles of charity trustees and examiner
As the charlty's trustees you a￿ responsible for the preparatlon of the accounts In
accordance with the Charities Att (Northern Ireland) 2008. It is my responsibility to:
examlne the accounts under sectlon 65 of the Charities Act
follow the prO￿dureS lald down In the general Dlrectlons glven by the
Commlssion under sectlon 65(9)(b) of the Charltles Act
state whether partlcular matters have come to my attentlon.
Basis of independent examlnerfs report
I have examlned your charlty accounts as requlred under sectlon 65 of the
Charities Act and my examlnatlon was carried out in accordance wlth the general
Dlrectlons glven by the Charlty Commlsslon for Northern Ireland under settlon
65(9)(b) of the Charities Act.
My examlnatlon Included a revlew of the accountlng records kept by the charlty and
a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also Included
conslderation of any unusual items or disclosures In the accounts, and seeklng
explanatlons from you as charlty trustees concemlng any such matters.
My role Is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention glvlng
me cause to belleve".

Commisslon for Northern Ireland; I have found no matters that requi￿ drawing to your
attention.
