140 parents and frlends. There was no harm flowlng from the Charltles purposes and that there
was no prlvate benefit.

In setting our objectlves and plannin8 our activlties for the year the Trustees have given careful
conslderation to the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland's guldance on public benefit to
ensure that the actlvities have helped to achieve the charitys purpose and provlde a benefit to
the beneficiarie

The receipts decreased In the year from £870 to £824 In 2019 and expenditure decreased from
£1067 to £912. This was due the fact that durlng the there were no Èxpense in outln8s and
exlstln8 resources were used. The Unlt has no debts and no reserves poliLy.
