A summary of the Charivs maln activltles to further Its purposes forthe publlc benefrt and the
main achievements in the year
On average there were 12 girls present each night with 12 on the roll. Activities included
outdoor thallenges, craft. games and developing each girls confidence. We took part in the
Guide concert were prizes were distributed and entertainment was provided for approximately
140 parents and friends. There was no harni flowlng from the Charities purposes and that there
was no private benefit.

In setting our objertives and planning our activities for the year the Trustees have given careful
consideration to the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland's guidance on public benefit to
ensure that the activities have helped to achieve the charitvs purpose and wovide a benefit to
the beneficiaries.
A review of the Charitys financial position at the end of the year
The receipts decreased in the year from £937.25 to £870 in 2107 and expenditure decreased
from £1087.61 to £1067.59. This was due the fact that during the year the unit did not receive
any COn￿rt income. The Unit has no debts and no reserves policy
