As the charity's trust88s you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance with the Charities Act (Northem Ireland) 2008.
It is my responsibility to-
examine the accwnts under section 65 of the Charities Act
follow the proc8dures laid down in the general Directions given by the
Commission under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act
stat8 wh8th8r parlicular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of Indepondent examin•fs report
I have examined your charity aca)unts as required under section 65 of the Charities
Act arKI my examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions
given by the Charity CommissM)n for Northem Ireland under section 65{9Xb) of the
Charities Act.
My examination induded a review of the accountirKJ re￿rdS kept by the tharity and
CX)Mparis￿ of the accounts presented with thos6 records. It also included
cx)nsideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts. and seeking
explanations from you as charity trustees conceming any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have tyjme to my attention giving me
cause to believe:
1. That accx)unting records were not kept in ac￿)rdanc￿l With section 63 of the
Charitw Act
2. That the accounts do not ac¢J)rd with those accounting recx)rds
3. That the accounts do not comply with th8 accounting requirements of the Charities
4. That there is further infomiation needed for a proper understsndir¥J of the
