A summary of the Charitvs main activitiesto further its purposes forthe public beneflt and the
maln achievements in the year
On average there were 4 girls present each night with 8 on the roll. Activities included outdoor
challenges, craft, games and developing each girls confidence. We took part in the annual Guide
concert were prizes were distributed and entertainment was pr(wided for approximately 140
parents and friends. We also contributed to the community at Christmas by Carol singing to the
elderly and providing them with a Christmas BifL There was no harm flowing from the Charities
purposes and that there was no private benefit.

In setting our objettives and planning our attivities for the year the Trustees have given careful
consideration to the Charity Commission for Northern Irelands guidance on public benefit to
ensure that the activities have helped to ad)ieve the chariWs purpose and provide a benefit to
the beneficiaries.
A revlew of the Charivs financial position at the end of the year
The receipts increased in thè year from £205.48 to £652 in 2107 and expenditure increased from
£126 to £689.69. This was due the fact that during the year the unit done some fundraising in
the form of a cake sale. They also desiEned and got new hoodies. The Unit has no debts and no
reserves policv
