OBJECTS (4) The Charity’s objects (“Objects”) are specifically restricted to the following: (a) the advancement of the arts, culture and heritage within Northern Ireland (hereafter the “area of benefit”) through the commissioning, writing, production and performance of plays of all historical and cultural merit within the area of benefit to be presented and performed within various venues and by such other means as the directors think fit. (b) to promote and develop the performing arts for the benefit of the public in the area of benefit. (c) the advancement of education of the arts, culture and heritage within the area of benefit to encourage and further advance the understanding of our history, culture and heritage from performances through various means as the directors think fit and including but not limited to the organisation of workshop development from the audiences and production of written materials. (d) to advance any other exclusively charitable purpose or purposes, as the directors may decide which are, or hereafter may be deemed, charitable under the law of Northern Ireland.
