1 Basis of Financial Statement
As the total income of the congregation is les5 than £250,000 the congregalion has elected in accordan¢e
th the provisions in The Charibes (Accounts & Reports Regulats"ons {NoTthem Ireland) 2015 to pyepare its
accounts on a receipts and payments ba5iS.
Fund Accounting
Endowment fund5 are funds. the Capital of which must be retained either permanenty or at the congregations
discretion., the income derived from the endowment is to be used either as restricted or unrestricted income
depending upon the purpose for vthich the end(Iwment vrds estsbli5hed in the first place.
Restricted fvnds comprise income from donations and payments for Spe￿fiC congregation activty intended
by the donor.
Unreslricted fvnds are incomes which are to be spent on Ihe congregatiorts general purposes.

This has a combined insurance value of £1.051.604. The congregation also owns Ihe rnanse situated at
27 Monaville Close, ￿$bUrn. BT28 2DG wlm.ch has an insurarKev*ue of£425,619.
