Club Down (Cumann An Duinl Trustees Annual Report The Trustees present their report and the unaudited financial statements of the charity for the year ended 31 October 2022. Structure, Governance and management Club Down is a charitable unincorporated association governed by its own constitution. Objectives and activities a} To advance public education in and to preserve the Gaelic heritage, language and culture; and bl The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation, in particular by the provision of facilities for the playing Gaelic sports. Achlevements and performance The financial year 2021122 was proved to be a very challenging environment with corporate donations severely restricted. Nevertheless we applied and secured further Charity Covid-19 grant assista nce, Due to the governance and prudence exercised in previous periods we will were able to draw on resources and provide comprehensive support during the year. Financlal Revlew The Cumann An Duin charity income from activities for the 12 month period ending October 312022 was £4,700. The Expenditure during the year on charitable activities was £319. At the start of the year there was £28,353 of unrestricted funds, the movement during the year of funds was £4,381 leaving an unrestricted fund balance at the 31 October 2022 of £32,734.
