I have Inspected the Financial Statements of; 

"Sliabh Beagh Arts" for the year Ending 31'[1 ] March 2023, which comprises the Receipts and Payments Accounts and the Statement of Assets and Liabilities. 

I conducted the independent verification that includes examination. on a test basis of the evidence relevant to the accounts and disclosures in the financial statements. I planned and preformed my verification, so as to obtain all the relevant information and explanations which I consider necessary in order to provide me with sufficient evidence to give reasonable assurance that the financial statements are free from material misstatement whether caused by fraud or other irregularity or error. 

In my opinion the financial statement has been properly prepared and give a fair and true view of the Accounts as of 3l[5][1 ] March 2023.
