Democratic process and peace building in society;  5.5. delivering international development and exchange programmes for elected representatives and public officials in regions affected by conflict and instability;  5.6. sharing best practice through research, publications and development of online resources;  5.7. developing strong partnerships with key stakeholders; and 5.8. by any other charitable means
