The Association is established to promote education, the environment, leisure and recreation for the benefit of the public and the protection and preservation of health of the inhabitants of Mid Waterside Residents Association (hereinafter called the “area of benefit”) without distinction of age, gender, sexuality, nationality, ethnic identity, disability, political or religious opinion, by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants and in particular:
