The results are set in lull in the financial stdtements. The unrestricted resetves of Argyle Business Centre have decreased
by £24,954. The directors have obtained funding lor the near future
Principal Funding Sources
The principal source ol funding was Ihe initial re18ase ol capil31 funding from Invest Nl, the International Fund lor Ireland,
Belfast City Council and ERDF, along Wlth current rental incomE Irorn the property located on North Howard Street.
