I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Strawberry Tree Playgroup (the
charity) forthe year ended 30 June 2022.

As the charitfs trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with
the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2(M)8.
Having satisfied myself that the charity is not subiect to audit under company law. and 15 eligible for

Examine the accounts undersection 65 of the Charities Act {Northem Ireland) 2008-
Follow the procedures laid down in the geneial directions given by the Charity Commission
for Northem Ireland under section 65(9llb) of the Charities Act;
State whether particularmatters have come to our attention.

I have examined yourcharity accounts as required under SectK•n 65 of the Charities Act and my
examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions given by the Charity
Commission for Northem Ireland under section 6519llbl of the Charities Act.
My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of
the account5 presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual item5 or
disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concernin8 any
such matters.
My role is to stste whether any material matters have come to my attention givin8 me cause lo
believe:
l. That accounting record5 were not kept in accordance with section 63 of the Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not acco rd with those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charitles Act
4. That there is further information needed for proper understandin8 of the accounls to b•
