Basis of Independent Examiners Statement
I hai'e exainined your charity accounts as ￿qUired under section 65 of ihe Charities Act and
an examination was Carried out in accordance wtth the general Ditections given by the
ChaFÈty Commission Nl under section 65 (91 (b) of Ihe Chanties Act.
The cxamination included a revicw of the accounting rccords kepi by the charity and a
comparison of the accounls presenied with those Fecords. li also included consideration of
any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and 5eekino explanations from you as
charity trustees concerning any such maiters.
