The yèar ended 31 March 2024 saw the Con1tnu￿i0n of our programmes due to coniinued grant income
received from our funders. The charity con81ders the ongoing demand and high uplake of its key
outreach prograrnmes such as Meals on Wheels as an achlevement.

providing improvements in social welfrare Ihrough vartous activitias deslgned 10 8SSiSt those In Ihe
Community. The charfty was Sble to once agaln offer a summer schème during the year, The ongoing
CARE project has enabled us to offer a range of varied actlvttles and 8eNbces for the ovar 558 ar)d this

The trustees ar6 satisfied with the performance of the charity during the year to 31 March 2024. Overall
the charity recorded a deficit of £3,322 <2023: £4,623 doficil). The Balance Sheet totsl8 £162,181 (2023
£165,503). The ch8n.ty continued to secure fundlng for Its prograrnrnes as wem as fundlng for new
prograrnmes such as the Soclal SuFermarket Fund.

At the end of the finandal year to 31 March 2024, the reserves held by th8 charfty amounted to
£162,181 (2023 £165.503). Dennatt Iniorchsnge h85 8ccumulated a Burplus of funds 9Snce its lftcept￿n.
Some estimated éxpenditure exceeded actual expendlture resulting In surplus funds. These r08eNes
provide some secunty that the charty will continue to functlon short tem. rf available funding decllnes in

Dennett Interchange to continue to offer thelr current level of 8ervices, Dennett Inlerchange has not

funds are relnvested back Into the charty and are hekj as described above for future prokcas and for
the luture life of the charity.
