This template is to provide guidance to units who are completing a Trustee Annual Report for the Nl
Charity Commission. If you do not wish to use this form please ensure that the headings in this
guidance are followed when completing a Trustee Annual Report.
All Girlguiding Ulster Charltles are governed by the Royal Charter and 8ye-laws.
The Purpose of each of these Charltles Is to educate girls and young wornen to help them develop
emotlonallyi mentallyi physically and splrltually so that they can make a positive contribution to
their Community and the wider world.

A summary of the Charity's main actlvltles to further its purposes for the publlc benefit and the
main achievements In the year
The average membership for the year was 14 girls. The girls took part in badge work, games,
baking and crafts. They completed badges in Disability Awareness, Culture and Entertainer. They
also took part in the County Craft Challenge, Lorne Walk and the Girlguiding Ulster Social Action
Appeal for the Simon Community as well as Thinking Day activities.
The unit also enjoyed trips to the fun farm and the Playshack.
Our aim is to help each girl reach her full potential while having fun in a safe space.
There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and there was no private benefit.
