**It is the Charity’s Trustees who are responsible for the preparation of accounts in accordance with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2003.** 

**I have carried out an independent examination of the accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and believe they reflect the group’s financial activities during the year ended 31[st] August 2022 and give no matters for concern under the provisions of the Act.**
