Please accept this letter as confirmation that we have received this group’s accounts and offered an independent examination and while they appear to be in order with normal cash and expenses practices we would like to extend the date of final confirmation until Clare, our officer, returns to work after a period of leave.
In 2025, our Group advised this Charity group of our wishes to assist with their annual reporting which was seen by us as outstanding. Clare, one of our officers who made contact with the group, went on leave after contacting Paul in 2025 and while Clare offered to assist in this examination of accounts this was to be postponed until she returned to work. It was noted that the group had not recommenced activity since late 2020/ early 2021 due to Covid and that their accounts were brief due to this.
