FEED MY LAMBS CHILDREN’S MINISTRY
Annual Report 2024
Feed my Lambs Children’s Ministry (Registered in Northern Ireland as a Charity NIC 105989 and in Kenya as a Society 28773) is a Christian based organisation which works primarily in Kenya but also in Northern Ireland. Our main purpose is to bring the Gospel to boys, girls and young people and to encourage, support and equip those who have a burden to reach out to those in their locality. We are governed by a Constitution which sets out the charity’s purposes. Our base in Northern Ireland is in Portadown and we have offices in Nairobi and Western Kenya.
Our Ministries
Treasure Seekers Bible Lessons
Treasure Seekers Bible Lessons continues to be popular and in demand both in Schools and Churches. We thank God for the many new children who were registered on this programme in Kenya and began to learn from God’s Word in addition to those already going through the lessons.
Bibles
During 2024, we presented Bibles to children who completed all 30 lessons of the Treasure Seekers programme.
In addition, we were able to give Bibles to teachers and children’s workers as well as some Pastors who were in need of a copy of the Word of God. At Christmas, some Bibles were distributed around the office compound in Nairobi. Management, security guards, cleaners and staff from the café in the building all received Bibles.
We thank God for the support of the Trinitarian Bible Society in this regard.
Training
Online training continues with a further 5 children’s workers registering for distance learning during 2024.
The highlight of the year in regards to training was being able to teach the Child Evangelism course over 3 Saturdays in Nairobi and then again in Western Kenya; another 3 Saturdays with a different group of people. The students numbered just over 100 in total and consisted of Pastors, Sunday School teachers, day school teachers and others who had a desire to share the Word of God with children.

Local business was supported as they printed the training manuals and certificates were printed in Northern Ireland. We pray that those who learnt will continue to know the Lord’s help as they teach the little ones.
Many of those who attended the training ordered teaching packs from Feed my Lambs which contain teaching scripts, visuals as well as colouring and puzzle sheets for children. We are trusting that we can print, ship and provide these free of charge to the local believers.
Mission Trip
William and Pamela had a blessed time in Kenya throughout February and March 2024.
As well as hosting the child evangelism training and teaching the students, they also ministered each Sunday in different Churches. William was able to preach on each occasion and together they taught in Sunday Schools.
William and Pamela were so blessed to have the company of Pastor Michael on their travels. He normally oversees the Nairobi office and accompanied William and Pamela to Schools and Churches in Nairobi as well as travelling to Mombasa, Nakuru and also to Western Kenya to meet up with Joyce, who is the FML worker in that area.
It was great for the FML team in Kenya to spend time together and to be encouraged as they reviewed office procedures, shared of ministry with children in Churches and regular teaching in Schools as well as planning for the future. It was also encouraging to meet with the ladies who teach through the Precious Lambs ministry which continues to be a blessing to many.
During the trip, over 1000 scripture calendars were distributed to people in all walks of life with not one refusal. They were received by Church congregations, shop keepers, security guards, teachers and many people along the roadside or those who came to the office simply because they heard the calendars were being given out. We thank God for each and every one who received such.
We are thankful for a grant of 2000 calendars from TBS for 2025.
Home Ministry
2024 was a busy year as the work of FML was shared in various Church services; particularly sharing of the mission trip earlier in the year. William and Pamela also shared in Children’s meetings and with a BB.
In addition, Safari through the Bible continues each week online and we are thankful for those who watch.

We were able to join with Kenyans and other Africans on 5 different occasions throughout 2024 and are thankful for the friendships formed and for the privilege of being able to share in these events.
This year, we also organised two update meetings. One in Co.Armagh and the other in Co.Tyrone. Both were well attended and the interest shown was very encouraging.
Prayer Partners
We are very thankful to have increased the number of people on our mailing list over the course of the past year. These new contacts have mainly been met at meetings where William and Pamela have been sharing about the ministry.
We are though saddened that some of our prayer partners have gone home to be with the Lord. Whilst this is sad for us, we know that for them, they are absent from the body and present with the Lord.
Finances
We believe that “God’s work, done in God’s way, will never lack God’s supply” and we look to Him to provide what is needed and thank Him for His provision through another year. We also continue to avail of the Gift Aid Scheme which has been beneficial.
Appreciation
The Trustees would like to place on record their thanks and appreciation to those who have booked us to speak at meetings, used our lessons, availed of our training or gave a donation. We are especially grateful to all those in Kenya who keep the ministry going on a day to day basis looking after the offices, teaching in Schools and registering new groups. Thank you to those Churches and Schools who have invited FML workers to their facility and permitted our programmes. Special mention is made of those who have prayed faithfully for the Trustees and the entire ministry of Feed my Lambs. Most of all, our thanks to our Lord and Saviour without whom there would be no message to share.
