This is from a Christian perspective and in accordance with the following \tdoctrines: \t 2.3.1\tThat \u201call scripture is given by inspiration of God\u201d and that the Bible; which consists of the books of the Old and New Testaments; is our sole authority in our lives and ministry. 2.3.2\tThat the Godhead exists in three persons \u2013 God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. 2.3.3\tThat the Lord Jesus is the Son of God, begotten of the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary and is God and man in one.  That He was the sacrifice and substitute for our sin and died that we might live. 2.3.4\tThat the Holy Spirit, being part of the Godhead, dwells in the believer and gives us strength to live for God 2.3.5\tThat Man was created in the image of God, after His likeness, but as a result of man\u2019s free will and free choice, he fell, and sin entered the world. 2.3.6\tThat on the third day the Lord Jesus rose again.  He later ascended into heaven and is alive for evermore. 2.3.7\tThat repentance and faith in Jesus alone is our only means of salvation.  We cannot be saved by good works. 2.3.8\tThat regeneration takes place in the life of a saved person and they are adopted into the family of God. 2.3.9\tThat the church is made up of those who truly believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, have repented of sin and accepted Jesus as their Saviour and are living in accordance with the Word of God. 2.3.10\tThat all can be saved and know that they are saved.
