Respective responsibilities of charity trustees and examiner
As the cliarity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance wilh tlie requirements of
the Cliarities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
I have examined your cliarity's accounts as required under Section 65 of the Charities Act. In carying out Iny
examination I have followed the Directions given by tlie Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section
65{9)(b) of the Charities ACL
examine the accounts under Section 65 of the Charities Act
follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions triven by ihe Charity Commission for Northern
Ireland under Seclion 65(9)(b) of tlie Charities Act
state whether particular matters l)ave come to my attention.

I have examined your charity accounts as required under Section 65 of die Charities Act and my exatnination was
carried out in accordance with the general Directions triven by the Charity Comtnission for Northern Ireland under
Section 65(9)(b) of tlie Charities Act. The examination included a review of ilie accounting records kept by the cliarity
and a comparison of the accounts presented witli those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or
disclosures in the accounts. and seeking explanations from you as charily trustees concerning any such matters.
My role is to state whet'her any material Inatters have come to my attention oiving me cause to believe:
Tl)at accounting records were not kept in accordance witli Section 63 of rhe Charities Act
That tlie accounts do not accord with those accounting records
That the accounts do not comply ivith the accountino requirements of the Charities Act
That there is furtlier information needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
