A summary of the Charity’s main activities to further its purposes for the public benefit and the main achievements in the year

Numbers have increased to pre Covid levels following the return to face to face meetings.

Completed a number of badges & Theme Awards with the highlight of the year attending a weekend camp (the unit’s 1[st] outdoor residential) to celebrate Girlguiding Ulster’s Centenary. We completed the Centenary badge that went with the celebrations looking at the past, present & future.

We attended North Down County’s cinema trip and took part in the Lorne walk raising funds for Lorne and also our own unit.

There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and that there was no private benefit.

A statement that the Trustees have had regard to the Commission’s Public Benefit requirement statutory guidance

We confirm that all the Trustees are aware if and have regard to the Commission’s Public Benefit Requirements.

A review of the Charity’s financial position at the end of the year
