All Girlguiding Ulster Charities are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws.
The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their Community and the wider world.

A summary of the Charity’s main activities to further its
purposes for the public benefit and the main achievements in the year
We had 33 girls registered during this year and we took part in many events including visiting the local foodbank, W5, and Belfast Zoo. We completed several badges including UK Parliament, Skills Builders, Interest Badges and Chinese New Year. *There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and there was no private benefit.
A statement that the Trustees have had regard to the Commission’s Public Benefit requirement statutory guidance
All trustees (Ashleigh, Paula and Amy) are aware of this guidance and have had regard of this.
A review of the Charity’s financial position at the end of the year
The opening balance of the finances for this period was £522.21 and the closing balance was £1,335.35. There was a total of £7,049.38 paid into the account over this period, and a total of £6,236.24 paid out.
Details of any fund held by the Charity that was materially in deficit at the end of the year and steps taken by the Charity Trustees to eliminate the deficit
