This template is to provide guidance to units who are completing a Trustee
Annual Report for the Nl Charity Commission. If you do not wish to use this form
please ensure that the headings in this guidance are followed when completing
a Trustee Annual Report.
All Glrlgulding Ulster Charities are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws.
The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to
help them develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they
can make a positive contribution to their Community and the wider world.

A summary of the Charlty's main activities to further its purposes for the publlc
Please insert how many girls took part in the unit, what events and activities took place,
what achievements e.g. badges etc that were gained. Also state that there w8s no harm

7, Bangor Guides is a group ofgirls aged from 10 to 14 years of age who meet on Friday
evenings, 7.45 pm to 9.30 pm, 36 weeks of the year. During th8 year there were 7 5 girls in
regu18r8ttendance.
During our weekly meetings, the Guides tookpart in the usual unit activities-g8mes,
badgework, craft, singing. Also we tookpart in our County's annual outdoor challenge and
afterwards camped overnight. We went ten pin bowling, did outdoor cooking on open fires,
tookp8rt in the Remembrance Sund8y Parade 8nd an Army Skills Day, held 8 Harvest Party.

Charity Trustees are legally obliged to have regard to this guidance. Please confirm in this

A review of the Charity's financlal position at the end of the year
State in this boxthe overallfinancial position, if relevant include details of any debts or any
reserves policy. Include current and previous financial figures for income and expenditure,
these should be taken form the receipts and payments accounts.
The unit started2023 with a bank b81ance of £4301.52, enabling the unit to open. At the end
of the year there was 8 surplus of £547.42. thus showing a bank balance of£4848.94. The
Unit has assets of I canv8s bell tent, 3 Vango Beta 450XL tents, a laminatorand an outdoor
folding table.
