I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year e￿Ied 30th June 2018
Respective responsibilities of charity trustees and examiner
As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordan￿ wtth the Charities Act (Northem Ireland) 2008.
It is my responsiTr)ilty to:
examine the accounts under section 65 of the Chartties Act
follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Commission
under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act
state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examinerfs report
I have examined your charty accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act
and my examinatK)n was carTEd out in accordan￿ wrth the general Directions given by
the Charty Commission for Northem Ireland under Secti￿ 65(9)(b) of the Charities ACL
My examination induded a revEw of the accounbng records kept by the charty and a
cornpar￿n of the accounts presented wrth those records. It also induded considerats.on of
any unusual rtems or dtsdosures in the accounts, and seekwu explanatM)ns from you as
charty trustees concemll￿ any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have corrE to my attention gNing me
cause to belEve:
1. That accounting records were not kept in accordan￿ with section 63 of the Charities
Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not c(xnply WTth the accounting requirements of the Charities Act
4. That there is further inf0m￿tIOn needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to
