follow the procedures labj down in the general Direclions given by the Commission
under section 65{91(b) of the Charilies Act

I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charitses Act
and my examination was carried out in accordan￿ viith the general Diredions given by
the Chartty Commission for Northem Ireland under section 65{9)(b) of Ihe Charities Act.
My examination induded a review of the accountng records kept by the charty arKI
comparison of the accounts presented wtlh those re￿rds. It also included consideration of
any unusual Ttems or disclosures in the accounts. and seeking explanab.ons from you as
chartty trustees con￿MIng any such matters.
My rote is to state whether any material matters have come to my attenlion giving me
cause to believe..
1. That accounting records were not kept in accordan￿ with section 63 of the Chartties
Act
2. That the accounts do not accord wtth those accountirvJ re￿rdS
3. That the accounts do not Comply with thè accounting requirements of the Charitses Act
4. That there is further information needed for a proper understarKliNJ of the acownts to
