August 2023 A summary of the Charltws maln activltles to further Its purposes for the publ1¢ benefit and the maln achlevements In the year There were 13 Brownles reglstered at thls tlme ranging from 7 years to 10 years old. The Unit meets on a Tuesday evening from 6.30pm to 8.00pm. They met on 30 occasions and enjoyed a range of activities including Baking, craft, games, campfire singln& Brownie Camp, Visitors to the Unit to promote various charltles and to extend the skills of the Brownles. We had returned fully to face to face meetings. These helped the girls to gain a better understanding of the Guiding programme as they developed new skills and grew in confidence and self- esteem. There was no hami flowing from the Charities purposes and there was no personal gain or prlvate benefit. Glrlguldlng A revlew of the Charitvs financial position at the end of the year Bank account opened on 1st September 2022 with an opening balance of £108.33 A total amount of £2279.31 was collected by Parental Subscription, charity collections. £2226.12 was spent on operational costs of the Unit leaving a balance of £53.19 The Unit has no assets.
