A summary of the Charl￿S maln actlvltles to further Its purposes for the publlc benefit and the
maln achlevements In the year
There were 10 Guides and l Young Leader in the Unit during this year and we meet on a Tuesday
night from 7.45pm-9.00pm. On our meeting nights, we played games, did craft and bakln8 and
worked towards Interest badges and Theme awards. We had 2 overnight camps this year. In
October we took 8 Guides to a residentlal weekend in the Ranger Cottage, Lorne and In June we
took 8 Guides to a camp and patrol competition with another Guide group at Crawfordsburn
Scout Centre. We also went to the pantomime In the Waterfront wSth North Down Countyi
joined with the Brownies for a drum workshop with the Gathering Drum and arranged a trip to
Alrtastic.
Please note there was no harm flowing from the Charitie5 purpose5 and that there was no
private benefit.

I confirm that Charity Trustees have re8ard of the Charity Commission's Public Benefit statutory
guldance.
A revlew of the Charlty's flnanclal position at the end of the year
At the start of this financial year the unit had a bank and cash balance of
£1410.59. We ended the year with a total of £980.80 in cash and in the bank.
We showed a deficit of £406.53 for this financial year. The group has no
assets.
