WElbSCOYER, &10 The financial year the report relates to- for example. l April 2016 to 31" March 2017 I" January 2018- 31" December 2018 A summary of the Charitvs main activities to further its purposes for the public benefit and the main achlevements in the year 7 Bangor Rainbows has 30 active members. We meet on a weekly basis and we partake in a range activities focusing on the four Guiding elements, 'Look, Learn, Laugh and Love., Our usual hour meetings take the form of games and roll call where the Rainbows will be encouraged to say their Promise and sing the Rainbow song. Rainbows will then usually listen to a story or engage in a leader led discussion focusing on the topic for the night before breaking off to complete small crafts as independently as possible. We are also fortunate enough to receive visitors from orEanisations such as the Fire Service, Hospital, Wildlife reserve and a fitness instructor. Rainbows have also partaken in an outside visit to Lorne where they partook in the Christmas Adventure. This year we had 12 new Rainbows take their Promise for the first time and 9 Rainbows move up to Brownies at the end of the year. We have since filled these spaces and are operating off a waiting list. There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and there was no private benefit. A review of the ChariV5 financlal posltion at the end of the year As at 31" December 2018 the unit had a bank balance of £1795.65 and a cash balance of £206.68. The group has no assets.
