**Purposes:** The object of the trust is the relief of sickness, pain and suffering generally and in particular but not so as to limit the generality of the foregoing the following:  -the provision of medical treatment not available from public funds -the provision of medical equipment and facilities not otherwise available from public funds -the provision of medical equipment, treatment and personnel, not otherwise provided for by public funds for the purposes of relief of pain and suffering.  Provided always that in the exercise of their discretions the trustees shall give priority to persons born in or residing permanently in the electoral wards of Glendun, Glennaan and Glenariffe.
