Crow's Nest is a Company limited by guarantee: the board of directors are made up of
current parents, past parents and members of the local communlty. Directors are elerted
at AGM. The Office 8earer5 are also elected at AGM ènd are rotated so as committee 5kllls
are developed through tlme, and a strong knowledge base is developed to ensure
continulty.
The Committee meets regularly and minutes and attendance are kept for these meetings.

eouipment, play resources and to furbd educational trips and experiences for all children in
ttendance. in the furtherance of an enhanced learnin8 environment and experience in a
rural location. In additlon. Play8roup received a very 8ood report from Soclal Servlces and
our Independent Learnlng Advisor. Our most recent inspertion had outstanding in all three
areas examined. by ETI. The areas were: Outcomes for Learners, Quality of Provision for
Learning and Leadership and Management.

Risk review
The Trustees continue to assess the risks to which the charity Is exposed, in partlcular those
related to the operation and finances of the play8roup, including the challenges of
obtalning funding.
The trustee5 are satisfied that the correct systems are in place to mitl8ate exposure to
major risks.
As an audit Is not required under the requirements of The Charities Act {NII 2W8 and The
Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations (Northern Irelaftdl 2015. an independent
examination of the accounts is attached.
